Octane in the A.M.

The theory is that breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Now of course, with so many of us working unconventional hours, that first meal can be beyond the a.m. hours. That doesn’t excuse the fact that our physical machines requires high octane fuel to function optimally out of the gates.

Their are countless articles that are in favor of octane in the a.m. With having a physically, or even, mentally demanding lifestyle, the lack of vitamins, proteins and carbohydrates intake forces your engine to labor more than necessary.
Here are a few high octane options that will deliverer that gusto needed out the blocks.
Old fashion oat meal. Enhancer- add bananas or apples. turbinado, agave or honey. also add peanut butter.
3slices Whole grain toast add apple utter
Yogurts with fruit and granola.
Granola rich cereal cascadian.
Whole wheat French toast. Make a big stack at once. Sweetend with agave nectar, grade A maple syrup or apple butter.
Smoothie- ripped bananas, almond or rice milk, peanut butter, granola, wheat germ.
Optional: purchase the PLAIN instant oatmeal and keep at work. The flavored oats contain to many artificially ingredients.
